These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, and plans operated by EXOHAZE LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("EXOHAZE", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing a plan, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Our Company

2. Services We Provide

We offer digital marketing and SaaS-based business solutions, including:

  • Social media marketing and paid advertising management
  • Website design, development, and e-commerce setup
  • Email and SMS marketing automation
  • SEO optimization and reputation management
  • Access to a self-service account dashboard for billing and subscription management

3. Plans, Terms & Payment

Keevine plans are sold as a one-time payment for a fixed subscription term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and a selected number of user seats (1–4). Your card is charged once, at checkout, for the exact price shown for your selected plan. Plans do not automatically renew, and you will not be charged again after this purchase. Your access ends automatically at the end of your purchased term unless you purchase a new term.

  • Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
  • The price you pay is the price shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase for your selected plan and term.
  • Access is provisioned for the number of user seats included in your selected plan.

4. No Recurring Billing

Because Keevine plans are one-time payments for a fixed term rather than recurring subscriptions, there is no future billing to cancel. If you would like continued access after your term ends, you can purchase a new plan at that time at the then-current price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services responsibly and for lawful purposes only. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse our tools, or use our services to promote illegal content. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@exohaze.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and branding associated with our services are the property of EXOHAZE LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute these materials without our written permission. Content you provide to us (e.g., your brand assets) remains your property.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time as described in Section 5.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXOHAZE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
